We use your email address solely to notify you when GymKwest is available and to send relevant product updates. Your IP address and user agent are collected for rate limiting and security purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare D1, a serverless SQL database running at the edge. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time

GDPR & CCPA Compliance

We process data based on your consent when you submit the waitlist form. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. If you are an EU or California resident, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
